How do you count employees for each plan?+
Employee count is based on the number of unique people in your primary directory (for example Google Workspace). We don’t charge per app or per integration - only on the size of your team.
Does AUTHEN track API keys and AI agents?+
Yes. AUTHEN gives you visibility into people, machine identities (API keys, service accounts), and AI agents or automations that touch your systems. You see who and what has access in one place.
Which integrations are included?+
All plans support Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and more. Starter includes one integration in production; Pro and Enterprise can enable multiple. Enterprise plans also support custom integrations via API and webhooks.
Do you need access to production data?+
AUTHEN connects to your identity and access layers - not to your product data. We read directory and permission information and keep a minimal metadata footprint to power analytics and automation.
